Polymer carbon foil, a cathode foil specially designed for solid capacitors. The material is made by coating carbon nanotubes on etched aluminum foil. The carbon nanotubes and their micropores and non-covalent bonds are used to increase the adhesion between the aluminum foil and the conductive polymer, increase bending strength, reduce internal resistance caused by poor contact, and improve service life.

1. Improve the surface tension of the aluminum foil and increase the adhesion between the aluminum foil and the conductive polymer.
2. Reduce interfacial resistance and lower battery internal resistance.
3. Protect the current collector and prevent oxidation or corrosion of the aluminum foil surface.
4. Reduce battery heat generation and improve battery safety.
