Mr. Zhang xianwen, Chairman of the Board, acquired his Ph.D in the Department of Material Science of MIT, who is an expert on the fields of material, machinery and chemical. Established a subsidiary, Yancheng AFT ELECTRONIC CO., LTD., to expand the scale of carbon-coated aluminum foil for new energy lithium-ion batteries. In the same year, Guanye Electronics was renamed Huizhou AFT ELECTRONIC CO., LTD.

2021

Municipal Engineering Technology Center, Intellectual Property Standardization Enterprise. A subsidiary factory, Datong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., was established to produce aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors.

2020

Factory Phase Two is now operational.

2015

The current collector and high-temperature, long-life electrolytic electrode foil for high-power density energy-saving double-layer supercapacitors have been recognized as high-tech products in Guangdong Province.

2014

The SC series AFT models 22SC01 and 30SC01 began mass production and market launch. Carbon foil was developed and put into production in 2015.

2013

Electrochemically treated light foil (SC series) has been successfully developed for use in supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries.

2012

Passed the safety production standardization certification.

2007

In 1999, the company pioneered the development and production of anode corrosion foil using chemical corrosion technology, and began production of low-copper cathode corrosion foil manufactured using this technology. A second production line was added, with a production capacity of 60,000 m²/month.

1998

A low-voltage anode corrosion line is set up, and the production technology of low-voltage anode corrosion aluminum foil is started to be developed. China pioneered the cathodic forming foil.

1997

Guanye Company completed factory construction and commenced production.

1996

In November, we established Boluo Guanye Co., Ltd. in the Boluo County, Guangdong Province, at the Intercontinental High-tech Industrial Park on Boxin Road.

1994

Established Taiwan Honghua Electronics Co., Ltd. Pioneered the cathode chemical corrosion technology. Rated as Huizhou Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise

1984

Mr. Zhang Xianwen founded Shine Top in Taiwan. The company began production using its own developed and manufactured etching foil technology.
